You must own a legitimate, licensed copy of Grand Theft Auto V and comply with the FiveM Terms of Service and Rockstar Games’ EULA at all times.

You must be old enough to use Discord and the FiveM platform in your country.

Follow the in-city rules at all times. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, hate speech, and disruptive behaviour are prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

Staff decisions regarding access, moderation, and punishment are final, subject to the appeals process on this website.

All payments are processed by Tebex Ltd., our authorised reseller. TFM RP never stores or processes your card details.

Purchases are voluntary donations that grant cosmetic, convenience, or priority benefits. They do not grant unfair gameplay advantages and confer no ownership over the server or its content.

Perks are provided “as is” and may change as the server evolves. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate permanent ban.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Staff accounts and dashboard access are subject to additional monitoring and audit logging.

TFM RP is provided without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for lost in-game items, progress, or downtime.
